Customers can move up through these tiers based on their annual spending and enjoy exclusive rewards at each level. Once an account is created, it remains active for the customer’s lifetime.

Additional Details
Lifetime Membership - Once a customer creates an account, it remains active for their lifetime.
Tier Advancement- Customers automatically move to the next tier once they reach the required annual spending threshold.
Tracking Spending- Customers' annual spending is tracked through their registered Lagom account. Receipts and purchases must be linked to the account to qualify.
Rewards Redemption- Discounts and rewards are automatically applied to eligible purchases at checkout.
Program Duration- While accounts are lifetime, membership in each tier is reassessed annually based on the previous year's spending. If the spending threshold for the current tier is not maintained in the following year, the customer may move down a tier.
