Cancelling an Order:

Cancellation:
To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team or email us at [email protected]. Kindly note that an order must be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Post 24 hours, the order will be considered confirmed.
Once an order is placed and the invoice is generated, cancellation is subject to approval, and our team will communicate the next steps via your registered contact details.
Cancellation Conditions:
If invoicing has occurred but the order hasn’t shipped, you may still cancel it. However, approval for cancellation is at the discretion of our team. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not permitted. In exceptional cases, subject to approval, a deduction from the total order amount may apply. Installed products fall under warranty and cannot be cancelled.
